What to Expect
Parade & Opening Ceremonies
The fair kicks off in style on Saturday, October 11. At 10:30 am the parade departs the Dorchester Arena and makes its way along Hamilton Road to the fairgrounds. Then join us for the opening ceremony outdoors, with a full day of entertainment ahead.Lots of Competitions & Displays
Judging of the Prize Book, agricultural displays, 4-H dairy shows, blacksmithing, antiques — all featured in the Gent, 125, and Agricultural Buildings.Midway, Buildings & Fun for All Ages
Rides, vendors, farm animals, and the continuous entertainment in Donnybrook Hall. Dotsy the Clown, baby show, demolition derby, “Safe as Milk” show, music on the outdoor stage, and more.Fair Olympics
Gather a team (5 people, 18+) and take part in the Fair Olympics — a mix of fun challenges that will test your wit, speed, and spirit.Entertainment & Demonstrations
