We are inviting businesses to join us for our Business Expo on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Willow Tree Golf & Event Centre, 571 Metcalfe St E, Strathroy.
This is a chance to connect with other businesses, promote what you offer, and strengthen ties in our community.
What to Expect:
- Free booth space inside our banquet hall to showcase your business.
- Networking opportunities throughout the day.
- Complimentary finger foods served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Drinks will be available at the bar.
- Free Golf round with your team (includes 18 holes and carts). Businesses can also sponsor a tee-off hole and set up promotional materials a day prior or on the day of Expo.
Schedule Highlights:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Banquet Hall open for booth setup. Staff will be there to help direct you.
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Company tee-offs begin (pre-book your tee time, hole sponsorship, or booth space using the QR code or by contacting us).
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Expo open to the public for networking and business promotion.
- 8:00 PM: Event concludes and teardown begins.
