You're Invited! Join Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority for the 6th Annual Cultivating Conservation Tour.
Join LTVCA for an interactive bus tour to visit and learn about conservation projects across Middlesex county.
Hop on the bus at Longwoods Road Conservation Area for a day of fun in the field while touring four project sites in the eastern Lower Thames Valley region. Learn how farmers and rural landowners are using conservation practices to resolve environmental concerns while providing beneficial effects to the natural landscape.
This is a free event, with lunch and refreshments provided.
Event Schedule:
9:30 a.m. - Arrive at Longwoods Road Conservation Area (8348 Longwoods Road. Mount Brydges, ON. N0L 1W0) to check-in and load the bus. The bus will depart at 9:45 a.m. sharp! Please arrive on time to ensure the tour stays on schedule.
9:45 a.m.– 3:30 p.m. Visit and tour four project sites.
The bus will visit a local agri-business from 12:30-1:30 p.m. for lunch.
3:30 p.m. – Bus arrives back at Longwoods Road Conservation Area to drop-off passengers.
