Fort Rose Maple Company is a family-owned and operated business. Specializing in the production of pure maple syrup and value-added maple products. Maple Syrup is sold year-round from the sugar house, seven days a week. Complementing the maple operation is a Pancake House with a buffet-style setting. Brunch includes pancakes, sausage, maple baked beans, coleslaw, muffins, fruit salad and pure maple syrup.
