Making it in Middlesex: Stories of Business Success - Kustermans Adventure Farm

Purchased in 1979, the land on which Kustermans Adventure Farms sits has been in the Kustermans family for over 40 years! CEO of the business, Steve Kustermans describes that after his father purchased the farm, he planted both blueberries and strawberries, things that still form a large part of the business today. When Steve graduated from Ridgetown, he moved back home, increased the production of the farm and the business has been growing and evolving ever since! In the video linked below Steve does a great job of highlighting some of the unique offerings that make Kustermans a popular spot for many different visitors!

The Fox Golf Club

What began in 1995 as an 9-hole course, The Fox Golf Club has grown into an 18-hole course with plans for further expansion in Middlesex County. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on this well-maintained course. The staff at the Fox Golf Club pride themselves on their customer service resulting in great relationships with their customers. As golf is a game for people of all ages, they enjoy their location in Middlesex for the ability to draw customers in from all around them.

On the Road With: Dairy Lovers

This summer we went on the road to Dairy Lovers in Lucan, Ontario to taste the local flavours this ice cream joint brings to Middlesex County. Jetty van Veen, began Dairy Lovers out of a food truck, and as of May 2022, opened up their brand new store front.

Before the summer comes to an end be sure to stop in at Dairy Lovers to taste their creamy and delicious ice cream, homemade ice cream cones, and freshly prepared fruit toppings!
